2-0 and the Defense looked good.

Alright Diggers!! solid win vs East! Defense was finally clicking after the first quarter and Jordan got some great stops throught the game after that! Good game by the defense, but the offense was on point too. 42 points was great and Jordan is now 2-0. Let's go Diggers!

    A solid win for sure!

Just goes to show that everyone again in the state of Utah is going to be chasing after the 3 big boys again.

    Jordan 2-0
    Bingham 2-0
    Brighton 2-0

Yes West jordan, Alta, and CH will not be good in the region!

But I predict all 3 big teams again to make it to the TURF.

I laugh when people say that Herrimans region is the BEST!
Lone Peak is the only team with a title since 2005.....
Other then Bingham, Alta, and Jordan.

Jordan's defense will be good this year because of Casey Sutera.

BinghamAlum, Herriman's region is stacked. They aren't as tough as Bingham and Jordan, but still a very respectable region.

What are the criteria to say that a region is "BEST"? For years, people up here would argue that "R1 is the best top to bottom". I always felt that R1 was most competitive because the teams were all mediocre, but that did not make it the "BEST" region.

Is the "BEST" region the one that puts the most teams in the quarters? Or the semis?

You really cannot do it on head-to-head (Riverton and Herriman play WJ this year, yet Bingham does not play Westlake or Lehi so the head-to-head gets schewed).

Non-region records don't work because some teams play an easier preseason, while others play difficult preseasons (e.g., compare Alta's non-region schedule to Riverton's or Syracuse's).

Is the region with the best team the "BEST" region? I think that Bingham is the best team (until another Utah team proves otherwise) but I don't think that necessarily makes R3 the "BEST". Besides, Alta is down and WJ and CH are not good, so they offset the strength brought by the other 3 teams from R3.
