    I don't think this is an appropriate course to be handing out to general education college course. This kind of course should be limited to jobs and workers after they are given a high security background investigation. This kind of course can lead to abuse and rampant fraud to the financial infrastructure of the nations banks and business who rely on indentured servitude debt operations system.

    Showing everyone who wants to know how to commit fraud is not a sound course and a national security threat to the economy and commerce.
