    For protection against heart disease, maintain high levels of anti-oxidants in your body at all times. (vitamin C and resveratrol for example, these work very well together). Take them especially at meal times, because the digestion process puts more free radicals into the body.

    For dementia, turmeric is thought to help with this. It is known to reduce cancer risk.

    Good article. Prevention is better than cure. We wouldn't be arguing much over health care and going bankrupt over same if we took good care of our bodies and used a little common sense.
