There are some good points certainly in this article and we seem to be
approaching closer to the a few basic truths, though I might add more
painstakingly than perhaps necessary. In America we never seem to do
anything without "asking an expert" or testing the waters of public
opinion, or dodging the confusion and meddling of lawmakers. In all our
solutions it seems mandatory that someone is making a buck, or rather thousands
of same.Personally I do not like to base my thoughts and feelings on
the kudos or censures of societies or man- or woman- made philosophies, so I
will continue to tread my traditional, scriptural ways, or would if I was still
of the age to be a father.Kudos to fathers who submit with tolerance
to the ubiquitous goads and carrots of society, and still manage to do what is
right and who manage not to be confused about what that is.Happy
fathers' day to all who are, or are becoming, such. Hmmm! most men are
suddenly starting to grow beards again in quantity. Who told them to do that?
No one. Maybe a good sign.
