    House members passed a version that made sure adult Utahns could order online, as quality products aren't available in rural counties and gas stations. Utah Vapers supported that version.

    Ray took it upon himself to countermand the will of the House, adding in provision after provision to further restrict adult choices, and keep language that would restrict the adult market. Ray tries to come off as 'reasonable', but he's on a personal jihad against vaping, which makes no sense, as the products SAVE LIVES.

    Ultimately, his ego is responsible for the failure of this bill.
