I remember when BYU recruited Daniel and a couple of naysayers thought he was
not that good, came from a small school, didn't ever have tough
competition, etc. Some even suggested that he was given a scholarship to secure
Justin's signing. I thought he was a beast and would prove to be a
treasure like Eric Weddle who was also not highly ranked. I think he can make
it in the NFL. I look forward to following him some more.
I don't believe Bills has the speed to play KAT, but Daniel does. No
question who starts at the KAT based upon last year's play.
Assuming everyone stays health this offseason: Jordan Johnson, Field Corner;
Trent Trammell, Boundary Corner; Robertson Daniel, KAT; Chris Badger, SS; Craig
Bills, 5th DB.
We always find guys to step up and dominate at the Lobo back positions.
@SLCWatchutah "fan" stg claimed Sorenson was mediocre at
best and that BYU didn't have any good defensive backs last year. I
informed him that not only was Sorenson a fairly highly rated recruit but he had
been a stud for several seasons previous but of course he knows more than NFL
scouts and combine experts.
Did you watch any games last year, Mighty Mouse?? Bills is the best safety
coming back and I dont think its close.
Agree with Mighty Mouse, except Robertson Daniel at KAT due to greater
acceleration and speed than Bills, who should be moved to SS.
Good luck to Sorensen making the pros!Go Cougars!
