This is a ridiculous bill and our legislators are chasing ghosts. These are
federal lands, belonging to all of America and unless the landowners
(represented by the US Congress) were to concur it's a futile act. A fools
errand, nothing more.
I would liken this bill and its sponsor to Don Quixote, but that is a grave
insult to a fine piece of literature. I'm fairly certain that nobody in the
legislature has even heard of, let alone read "Don Quixote." Quioxitc is
a foreign word to our elected "Dear Leaders."
