    Congrats to Jordan. I hope he soaks up Norm's knowledge like a sponge. I've heard Chow can be a tough, often emotionless guy to work with, but it seems they've got a really good relationship built working with each other for 3 years now. Good luck to them this year.

    I hope Chow can show some improvement this year and keep his job and staff together for a few more years. Good for Jordan, injuries killed his playing career. I hope he can find success in the coaching ranks.

    Could you ask for a better job? the guy is probably making 6 figures or close to it and he gets to live in Hawaii! lucky son of a gun. How hard can it be to be the quarterback coach?

    TFUDD, it's a lot more tedious and emotionally exhausting than one might think. That's why some are made for coaching and others just aren't, regardless of how good a playing career they had.
