In other words, there are more uninsured people where there are more people?
This story really does confirm that AP stands for "Administration
Propaganda."It also fails to mention how many of the
"uninsured" are in that plight because they were thrown off their
previous "plans they liked" because Obamacare dictated it.It
also omits any mention of how many of the uninsured are here illegally, thus in
violation of other laws in addition to failing to buy Obamacare. Finally, it omits any mention of the uninsured younger people who smartly
recognize that buying Obamacare insurance is a really bad deal.
5 percent of the uninsured in the US live in Los Angeles County. And what
percent of those are illegal immigrants?
How long before the liberals admit Obamacare is a failure and we can it?
Five percent of the nation's uninsured live in Los Angeles County alone,
where 2 million people remain uninsuredI'm shocked.
The best insurance value is ALWAYS to not have any - as long as you know there
won't be any claims. I hope DN Sub isn't advising people to go without
coverage. After all, there are lots of ways to get hurt, and many of them have
nothing to do with someone's actual health. Not knowing what's
available, regardless of your age, just doesn't seem smart.
It appears that the poor are not that interested in health insurance. Those
that already had it through their employers certainly were not pushing for
this. The only ones that really wanted Obama Care were politicians. Why?Did they want life and death control over every
American?Did they want to make us all dependent upon government? We need another war (at the ballot box) for independence.
Tilka, there was a Census Bureau analysis in 2007 (Report P60-233) that answers
your question. The percentages of people with no insurance at all breaks
down like this:General population 15.8%White 10.8%Black
20.5%Asian 15.5%Hispanic 34.1%Native born 13.2%Naturalized 16.4%Non-citizens 45.0%This helps explain the
pandering Obama has attempted with the ACA. And yes, there are more people in
the entitlement class in the big cities than in the rest of the country. Still,
4% is a surprise.
About 50% of everybody lives in 4% of the counties. Consider how many live in
Davis, Salt Lake, and Utah counties. This article needs to state more than the
obvious. No one would ever consider solving a problem by focusing equal
resources on every county. You always go to where the people are.
The people that want things for free also will not take the time to do anything
to better their lives, and then will blame others for their own failure.
