"In order to survive millions of years, lice have evolved to resist the
array of chemical treatments developed over the years intended to eradicate
them."-------------I attended a lecture whereat Prof.
Clayton spoke about his recent invention and was careful to mention that this is
one treatment for which lice are not able to mount an evolutionary defense. So,
hopefully, it will be effective for as long as anyone needs it. Hooray!!
What is the approximate cost for this treatment?
Forget all the fancy treatments. My kids had lice and nothing worked until I
used about a teaspoon of tea tree oil mixed in with a blog of shampoo. It
killed the lice and the eggs. They never came back.
Awesome! Two of my kids contracted lice from school on two occasions. Not fun.
So I'm hopeful this treatment will work. Even checking someone's
head takes hours, let alone pulling out all the bugs. Gross.Good
luck to this new business!
