'Fed Up' documentary challenges students to fight obesity

    I'm pretty sure that people lighting up and inhaling is what causes cancer and not the cigarette by itself.

    So it is that people selecting and eating a lot of unhealthy food causes obesity.

    It sounds like talks about sugar as though it's nicotine, and points the finger at the abstract social machinery of laws and businesses to shift the blame.

    I have the biggest sweet tooth I know and a sluggish matabolism, but I still keep in athletic shape. I didn't used to; when I was young I was rather large, a husky, or whatever other euphamism there is.

    I eventually realized that glossing over it wasn't going to fix the problem; Just like being spiritually healthy requires a certain lifestyle and learning requires a certain lifestyle, I realized that if I wanted stamina, strength, and good looks, I had to live differently, which involved changes on my own part; nothing I could do to change or blame my environment would've actually gotten anywhere.
