There is a lot to say about eating vegetables [minerals], exercising and taking
Cold and flu season in the northern hemisphere occurs during winter. Cold and
flu season in the southern hemisphere occurs during their winter (June thru
September). Both correspond to less sunshine; less vitamin D produced in the
skin. I have found that vitamin D3 supplementation (at age 66 I
take 40K IU per day) along with a good multi mineral supplement to assist
vitamin D adsorption and raise my blood pH significantly reduces my incidence of
sickness and reduces symptoms when I do get sick. A person will
never learn health promoting tactics such as these, especially those tailored to
your body, from a medical doctor. Alternative health professions or health
books must be sought.

peer-reviewed studies and laboratory tests and the treatments that they suggest.
I will place my health in their hands. But, I once heard that if you

Hospitals pasteurize, homogenize [ worm the blood expose it to ultraviolet ray
"D vitamin"], balance the pH level in the blood. The same thing you can
do by exercising, going out in the sun "d". Cutting back on acidic
foods. I might add that the 7 deadly sins changes the pH in your body to acidic.
Well, all the obscure things we do to avoid sickness at least keep us busy!! I

while eating my lunch. BAD idea!! I got so sick!! and kept thinking back to
those papers for the weeks of fever etc, but who knows where the germs actually
came from. It could've been my grandson too. Human interaction is so
