The "Affordable" "Care" act. First of all there is nothing
affordable about it and from all the pain it is causing millions of Americans it
has nothing to do with caring. Barack is BIG on phony slogans and usually those
slogans represent opposite ideals. What ever the slogan says - just think the
opposite and you will be pretty close to the truth. Maybe after a few more doses
of Obamacare college age kids will finally wise up and realize this guy they
thought was a cool cat and on their side is actually a HUGE boulder in the road
blocking their future.
If the college education they are getting is any good, students will shun any
involvement with the fatally flawed Obamacare scheme. It is too
expensive, and signing up through the amateurish website produced by Michelle
Obama's classmate will leave them vulnerable to identity theft.Pay the fine, and it will be one of the best investments they ever make. If
they get sick, just pay the bills.Of course, all this is just a
charade with the myriad problems actually a desirable feature to force adoption
of a single payer government run health system (thus eliminating the entire
health insurance industry).
One can't help but wonder how many of these college students voted for Mr.
Obama and are now having second thoughts. They're getting a real
education, hopefully, in that regard.
. . . The group Young Invincibles is targeting adults between the ages of 18-34,
encouraging them to comply with the individual mandate of the Affordable Care
Act and cajoling members of this generally healthy demographic group to buy
insurance through the recently established health information exchanges. . .
.There is a mistake in the above paragraph. It is getting the young people
between 18-34 to sign up. The mistake is 18-34, it should be 26-34 because these
young people can stay on their parents' insurance until they are 26. That
will greatly reduce the number of young people that will be available to sign
up. Mmm, wait a minute now, I think I see how they will be able to sign up the
18-26 age group. Their parents will have lost their own insurance and if they
includes the kids the parents will still have to pay for them unlike they were
able to do on their old insurance. So now I do get it!
Every dollar paid to unneeded healthcare mandated now, should be a lesson for
students who voted for Obama. I suggest the following ritual:99-Dollars for hope and change, or 99-dollars for beer?Take one down,
pass wealth all around, 98-dollars for hope and change.etc...
