    Say, doesn't this guy's name sound familiar?

    Oh, yeah. He is the one who started all the flimsy charges against John Swallow.

    I don't place much credibility on anything he says, and his scheming seems to be pretty complicated. But, it was good enough to force Swallow to resign, so perhaps some people owe him now.

    I think the report to the Lieutenant Governor was a more likely cause of Mr. Swallow's resignation than anything Mr. Johnson said.

    "Flimsy?" A committee of a majority of Republicans found Swallow guilty of violating election laws. Swallow is ideed hard to swallow!
