@ThomasJefferson,Are you proud of BYU's WCC membership?I am!
Smart dude that Andy Kats!
@worf... The wcc had the number 1 team in the country for most of the year last
year, and I suspect they will have 2 teams in the top 25 this year... Not bad
for a conference of a bunch of small church schools.... Who, btw, had the best
preseason record YTD when compared to any other conference...
Sounds to me like a certain sports network really wants people to tune into this
game.Cougs can score when they are hot for sure. We'll see if
they can get past the cyclones. I hope they do because it will mean that much
more when the Utes beat them at the HC.
@utahcountyute"...when the Utes beat them at the HC."Good one. Gave me my morning laugh. BYU has far too many weapons to be
beaten by Loveridge and whatever other four guys Coach Crisco puts out there.
"Sounds to me like a certain sports network really wants people to tune into
this game."Sounds like a certain poster is green with envy.
We will be awesome and dominate the NCAAs this year.
This is a big test though in Provo I think BYU will be alright. Glad ISU beat
Michigan and upped the ante though.
“You don’t want to over-schedule, but you don’t want to
under-schedule, either, because that leaves your team a little bit short."
Great comment from a real smart coach. H gets it. The u coaching staff could
learn a lesson here as they will come up short when they finally play good
teams. Once again the utes will come up short.
Andy is a smart guy when it comes to basketball talent.Any mention of the
mighty utes? I guess we need to look at the other end of the list to find them.
Utah will be improved over last year, and basketball is a sport where on any
given day the underdog can rise up with great energy & a great game plan and
beat the more talented teams. Desire is such an important part of BB, desire,
energy, anticipation, faith & trust in team mates...BYU could be great this
year, or not, depending on these factors.
DRay,I agree Utah will be improved but by how much is in doubt. You
described BYU exactly in your list. Utah, not so much. IF their only desire is
to play high school teams then I think they will be in for a huge shock when the
pac season starts.
