    Too complicated for me George. However one thing I do know about todays Supreme Court, is that the Constitution has little meaning for certain judges when the outcome using said constitution for reference will negate the social or political outcome desired by those Justices. So, don't necessarily expect the court to do the "Constituional" thing in their ruling.
