grades of D or F based on their socio-economic characteristics."Based on what? A gut feeling! If Niederhauser is expecting bad grades, from
a system he designed, for schools challenging socio-economic characteristics,
isn't that an admission that his grading system (The Niederhauser Grading
System) was intended to measure schools along socio-economic metrics? By the
way, what is Niederhauser's previous profession or area of expertise that
qualifies him to create a grading system in the first place?
