This woman must be completely held accountable for the abuse and endangerment of
chidlren by allowing cohabitation with a complete stranger. It should be made
illegal and against the law and a violation of divorce decrees that
automatically reverses custody to other parent. If both parents are living in
non marital non committed living conditions then the state should take control
of the children until the situation is corrected. The majority of
child abuse cases are by live in cohabiting adults and woman need to be forced
into lives of independence. Only after people get married should custodial
parents be allowed to live together when children are involved. Fathers should
have the right to be custodial parent if mothers are chronic to cohabitation.
Its sickening to see children being forced by bad parenting into life
threatening abusive conditions. Women who take on men to ease loneliness do not
deserve child support and fathers deserve more power and custodial rights over
their childrens living conditions.
Seems like we hear a lot of these stories, mother with abusive live in
she was able to call a friend when he left for work, and now the police believe
he has returned to Mexico? this sounds like not only was he an abusive partner
and a danger to the woman and her children, but also an illegal alien. if so,
how did he get a job without proof of his legal status. "there is something
rotten in Denmark."
It takes two to cohabitate, and when a woman gets married who also is a mother
with children, guess what? It's even harder to get out of the marriage than
it is the live-in situation. So what's the difference? A legal barrier
that, in some states, could make a difference between life and death. My2Cents,
I assume you are perfect,or know every single situation? If not, please keep
your blanket statements folded and put in the closet...they don't really
stand the light of day.
@ My2Cents: So, you want to trap women into these situations and make sure they
can't leave them?If women get prosecuted for making bad
decisions, they will stick with those decisions until they or their children are
dead.It is hard enough to leave an abusive situation without
criminalizing being a victim.
And where is/are the father/fathers of these children, ages 3, 5, and 9? And was the "boyfriend" not an illegal alien who also was
working in this country illegally, probably for someone who was taught in Sunday
School class something about "obeying, honoring, and sustaining the
law?"This and other manifestations of Utah's culture being
dragged down is the result of constant twisting and wresting of true doctrine in
an effort to rationalize illegal immigration for the benefit of various selfish,
unscrupulous special interests. Will Utah ever clean up its moral
act? Or will it go the way of California, that other sanctuary for
illegal aliens, down the toilet?
