Long on challenges and very, very short on opportunities in Utah. OJT or job
based college degree educations are shortchanged education systems that
don't offer enough knowledge or skills to be an employable labor force.Of course the answer for unemployed is always more education and debts.
The problem with job based education standards (college), the education is too
specific to be of any value for any other jobs. The BOE of Utah and
governement are undermining the value of skills in a variety of subjects and its
long term benefits to meet the demands of short term employment jobs. Jobs in
technology are short term and most people are the victims of this
government/cooperate Utah collaboration of OJT educations with no skills. The economy is still in a recession and there is no industry in the US
or Utah so life span of any job in Utah is less than 10 years.Economic oppression is devastating this country and too many illegal aliens
occupying the country and job market is destroying the lives of Americans.
Repeal NAFTA, close the borders, invoke importing blockades, block exporting of
natural resources and maybe America can come back to life.
Why is L-3 losing so many of its positions in a recovering economy? Are they
government connected and losing funding because of the sequester and budget
battles? If L-3 is losing workers, does this mean that we're looking at a
symptom of a larger economic issue that will have more effects in Salt Lake?
