If he gets on the field is correct. It is unlikely he will play a few downs in
a handful of games. There are more important things than football. He has a
lifetime ahead of him and good knees will come in handy.
I've enjoyed watching Blechen play. The kid plays as hard as he hits. He
would have been a stud at QB. I'm hoping to see him on the field and
healthy. The utes don't need any more excuses when they lose against the
Aggies and the Cougars!
If Blechen plays, Utah will most likely get a couple of personal fouls a game
just based on how Blechen targets other players helmets, especially with the new
officiating focus this year. Him taking a year off for a redshirt year may be
the best medicine for him and the team!
Whats up with all the walk on insinuations. All of Utahs LB's were high 3
stars, and 1 was even a 4 star. Now they need to pick it up and bring this
position up to acceptible standards.

I hope Blechen can play this year - I know that a medical redshirt is a real
possibility for him this year, but the Utes could really use him on the
field. If he does play, I wish him all the best and hope that he has
a great year. It would be awesome to see a former QB lead the PAC12 in
