It seems like in cases like this the severity of the punishment is roughly
inversely proportional to the attractiveness of the perpetrator. A younger,
thinner, more photogenic criminal would have been sent home on parole. Criticize
all you want, we've all seen it happen.
I couldn't agree with you more lowonoil. The backlash on Overweight or
Obese people in the United States is running rampant. Overweight or Obese
people are the last group in the United States who are discriminated against
with total Social Acceptance. On another note,is it me or dose
Utah seem to have an over abundance of Females within our education system who
have inappropriate relations with under age children? I can't imagine
Female offenders would outweigh the Male offenders in this category in this or
any other state. Statistically, do we have more Female Sex offenders then in
other states? Just curious.
So what would have the sentence been if this were a Male worker and a female
victim? Guessing it would have been 3 to 4 times more severe. Justice is not
the same for females than males. Maybe is should not be. HummmmmmI
agree that there seems to be more female perpetrators than male. Either
something is strange or we all are missing something. And that scares me to
death. Hope I am wrong.
I don't get the weight comment? All of the cases I have seen call for
10-15 years in prison. I lived in Seattle through that Laterneau event and it
was about the same. This gals weight or looks didn't effect any
decisions in my opinion
Forcible sex?I hope this kid is ok.
Considering what this woman did to a teenage boy, the sentence was not severe
enough. Her looks has nothing to do with it.
