What a waste of time. There is no will to address this problem because most
Utahan's don't think there is a problem. Its the land of big pickups
and SUVs to haul weekend tows. Common on.... you need F-250 to haul that quad
around.... anything less just wouldn't be manly.I am not an
anti EPA person, but there are times that having the EPA trying to mandate clean
air, in an area that could clearly care less, is a waste of tax payer money.
Let Utah live in what it produces. If it doesn't bother the people....let
it go... and work with areas that do take pollution seriously. Lets
stop wasting time and money on people who just see any effort like this as an
invasion of their liberties and freedom. Its about them, and what they do
impacting others, just isn't relevant. Just move on to those who care.
"How do we get people using the right kind of vehicles?" she questioned.
"We are not in a country where you can tell people what kind of car they can
buy and what they can spend. As long as we don't curb our happiness of
running around on a mechanical horse, it is not going to change."Switch from the national to the California emission standards for vehicles.
