Medgar Evers made a statement for "civil rights". He paid for that
"statement" with his life.Today, the government is listening
in to our phone calls, reading our email, linking all electronic communication
with anyone in the world.Where is the outrage? Where are the
"Medgar Evers" of our generation? When, exactly, does civil rights mean
anything? Why is the Obama administration given the right to ignore the 4th
Amendment that protects us?

Interesting to hear today's "conservatives" praising the heroic
Medgar Evers, considering that in 1963 they considered him a communist
rabble-rouser who deserved what he got. Don't try to tell me otherwise. I
was there and I heard it with my own ears--over and over again.

Evers was under FBI surveillance. Hoover also had surveillance on Dr. King and
other Civil Rights leaders and organizations.
