Tempests DO occur in teacups!
That rumbling you hear is Walt turning in his grave at what has become of his
when disney did this is was saddened. little girls do not need to see heroines
glammed. please disney you create good heroines stop messing with that. stop the
low cut fronts, skinny waists, perfect hair. Merida is a good idea ... she
isn't perfect, she enjoys life and wants to be good at archery. her hair is
wildly fun, dress not cut low . little girls need to be reminded 'be your
best self'. not what the world screams 'be fake'
Disney is nothing but a corporate coward and when the people speak in a strong
voice, they tend to cower in a corner and say, "tell us what you want us to
& look @ the serious moral nosedive that society has taken since 1923 when
Disney studios were founded. We can't blame everything on the
creation of the Federal Reserve can we?
to Mister JDisney is the evil empire??
Seriously....the princesses that Disney has created are fairy tales... Finally,
a character that most women and girls can relate to because she is more REAL.
Don't blow this one. I'd rather have my girls patterning their lives
after a more realized heroine than a fake dream.
By the same token....Where's the "outrage" over the
expectation that every little boy needs to grow up to be a Handsome Prince,
extremely wealthy, and is expected to make the little girl live happily
I actually thought the new princess wasn't as cute as the old. I like the
black dress and bow and arrow of the old one.
