BYU needs some big guys. Bad. Guys like Hartsock have proven very difficult to replace.

Bigs have a lot of back or foot problems. Tough to see this happen. Best of luck to Harward in his future endeavors.

I didn't relize we had another player was injured. Ouch, wish your quick recovery and glad Dave Rose can start looking for replacement before 2013-14 season. It was difficult not able to replace two other players (Chris C. and Steven R.) right at the start of 2012 season.

Maybe this will open up a slot for Jabari Parker.

Am I understanding correctly that Harward will no longer receive a scholarship because he is unable to play due to injury? I'm guessing there is more to it than that.

Good luck Ian. With three scholorships available, the next couple of months could bring some intrigue to the BB team.

Are there good players still available? Maybe Loveridge is looking to move South? :)
I'm expecting to see the scholorships go to JC players or transfers. It would be nice to pick up two bigs and one guard with the three scholorships available.

Maybe Haws can graduate early and take one of those scholarships??

Didn't realize that we lost Delgado as well. What happened there?

If I remember correctly, you can't lose your scholarship in the year in which you are injured and after that it's up to the schools to deal with it.

I guess we now know why he didn't play that much this past season.

Too many Utah college athletes having to quit sports because of recurring injuries in this last season. It's a tough thing to see.

bummer! The Cougs could have used this kid along with Rogers, the older Collinsworth this past year in the front court. Hope they find some new bigs...and fast!!!
