If any other team aside from the Jazz is looking for a fan please send me a
resume because I have been a Jazz fan far too long. This game sums up the heart
of this punk team.
Thanks for getting us through a long, cold winter, Jazz...now step aside and let
a real team (RSL) take it from here. You know - a team that plays hard, cares
about winning, and has players who actually want to be in Utah.
Can we get a new owner and a new coach please?Greg Miller and Corbin
have about as much enthusiasm as a dead slug.
@DriveToSuccessThe Charlotte Bobcats might be looking for some
Re: Brave Sir RobinRSL? LOL! Real teams play in Europe. MLS
is a minor league for the European leagues, good players play in Europe.SL Bees > RSL
Wait til next year!
@Uncle RicoNobody said MLS was the best league in the world. Nobody
said RSL's players are the best in the world, but then again neither are
the Jazz's. All I said was RSL's players have a committed owner, a
top-notch coach, play hard, play to win, and love to represent Utah...unlike the
What a disappointment but at least the agony is over. And mercifully,
the season comes to a close.
I expect to see Kanter and Favors starting in the front court next season. I
expect John Stockton to invite Alec Burks up to his house for some intensive PG
work over the summer, since I expect to see Burks play some point next year
along with subbing for Hayward at SG. I expect the Jazz to draft C J McCollum
this June, but the Jazz need a long-armed scorer at small forward, too, similar
in size to Marvin Williams but not Marvin Williams. I wish all a good summer.
If Corbin ain't gone in two days every Jazz ticket holder should cancel
their tickets. Any offense that has Favors shooting from the top of the key
three times in a row in the third quarter doesn't deserve the name.
The most pathetic effort I've seen from a team whose season was on the
line. They were lucky to score even 70 points. Obviously, some substantial
changes need to be made, starting with the coach. He's the one who directs
the attention and directionof the team, which this team was truly lacking.
Otherwise, it won't matter whatever other players are signed.
This team lacks heart, talent, urgency, depth, desire, poise, athletism, shall I
go on...The Lone Peak team could have kicked their tails tonight...I
hope they are all ashamed, but like most pro players, it just means they get to
vacation earlier...Maybe we need to pay them many more
millions...sure why not, we've done it for years now. What a
Incredibly weak showing for a team who's season is on the line!
Corbin can't coach but I'm afraid he'll be back next year. The
offence of a high school team has more discipline. Corbin is proffered as being
smart but keeps Foye in the game when he can't stay with his man, keeps
Milsap in the game when he's dominated, let's Mo play out of control,
plays Marvan over Carroll, Lets the game get away from the team in the third
quarter without timeouts. PLEASE FIRE CORBIN
Wow. Great to see these guys get blown out in such a crucial game. Ridiculous.
At least go down swinging!
I wish there was a Mark Cuban like Fan...that would just buy the
Franchise...keep it in Utah...and Fire Corbin...make it a winning
Franchise...Dallas maybe out this year...but they have the Cap space to lure CP3
@KakashiCount me in!
PATHETIC attempt by all. Milsap=6 points. Really? Foye and Williams 7 and 8?
Those three have to go (along with Corbin)! AJ at least has shown some heart
recently. No one else stepped up.Another 3rd quarter meltdown
doomed the Jazz. How much longer will this be tolerated? How is the
glorified used car salesman (Greg Miller) going to Tweet his way out of this
DeMarre Carroll never left the bench last night which leads me to believe that
Corbin wasn't even trying to win.
Keep Al Jefferson, let the rest go. Problem is, Big Al won't be back.
Favors, Burks, Hayward, Kanter, Carrol = heart and future. Love these five -
ship out the rest, build on these guys, have a down year or two while they work
up to competetive level while drafting some studs for the future. This is the
way to build back up, not signing a few journeymen to plug the holes and be in
the 7-10 spot in the West with no chance of good draft picks and a continual
battle to get into the playoffs just to lose in the first round. Stop the
insanity. We don't have Karl and John anymore so start over please!!!!!
Starting over with Jefferson, please watch the entire game, including both ends
of the floor. It takes a special bunch of guys to play with this offense, and
the ball stopping in the post 75% of the time. It's predictable and easily
defended. Mo was the biggest disappointment of the season, Jeffersons complete
breakdown on defensive rotation was the second.. The jazz need more than a
turnover in older players, they need an offensive makeover. If that means
getting a new coach so be it, they need some offensive imagination. First they
need a true and gifted point guard. Second they need some pure shooters, not
slashers! Marvin turned into a glorified Brewer without the bent elbow. Watson
and Tinsley really, these guys might not even start in the d league. Millsap is
a great player, putting on the floor with big Al killed his game, and in the end
it looked like he was lazy and ready to play anywhere but with Jefferson.
Remember you can change players, but if everyone knows what your running, it all
turns out the same. See Jerry Sloans retirement. The new NBA left this system a
long time ago.
Fire Greg Miller...He's a spoiled rich kid that doesn't represent his
father very well!!
this off-season will be interesting. let's start by getting a good pg...
