educational games." I just don't buy it at all. Some of us do nothing
and our kids are "gifted" while others of us have children that struggle
beyond measure when given every type of support possible. Yes, education is
important and focus on what our children are exposed to is important but do
these apps really cause a child to be a success? No.
I think that technology is definitely the way forward, it is used everywhere and
in everything. I do agree that there are a lot of other factors that have to be
taken into consideration as to whether a child will be a success, however I find
that children using the LearnPad in school appear to be a lot more motivated and
engaged regarding schoolwork and this has to be a good thing.
