Love the story - thanks and thanks to the young man who was taught by a caring
mother & father.
We sure need a whole lot more of these stories. This is what life is about.
This is what is really important.
I love hearing about these moments. It truly brings me hope for humanity when
exceptional things such as this happen.
Happy for and proud of those Texas boys. God bless 'em!
Ditto to everything that has been said! Awesome story!
Many years ago when I was over basketball in our LDS stake, this exact
circumstance came up. Not just one player but the entire opposing team passed
the ball to the disabled boy not only once but several times in the last few
seconds of the game to be sure that he scored before the game ended. A very
sharp scorekeeper observed what was happening and held off the final buzzer for
a few seconds until the basket had been made. Granted the game wasn't at
risk since the opposing team had a double digit lead but it was still a classy
thing to do.
Hope these kids run for congress!!
I love this story and the young men and adults who were charitable to make it
happen. This story warms my soul. Thank you.
Isn't it wonderful that there are some great kids already making this world
a better place!
What a beautiful and touching story.
