I support legal immigration.I do not support criminal actions of any
type. If the "Latino community" chooses to unite with those foundations
they will have massive support. If they choose to unite behind an
amnesty scheme and encouraging more law breakers to enter the country, then they
will rightly face massive opposition. And, choosing this path will harm the
image of all Latinos, which is unfair as most are legal, hard working and
welcome additions.We need to separate career "activist
leaders" from the good people who choose legal lifestyles, rather than those
committing crimes and then demand to be excused for doing so.
I could have sworn this same article appeared a couple of days ago.I also
thought I left a comment.Now I can find neither.It's like

Legal immigrants are great wonderful people who add diversity to our nation and
who should be treated as we treat all citizens.Illegal immigrants
are criminals who should be treated like we treat our criminals.
"The most important right we want right now is legality," And you get that by following the law. From the article, it sounds like they
feel the law doesn't apply to them.
