I enjoyed reading about Dennis Pitta (Son), but I think you used the word Son
and Father way to much. I'm not sure how you could have worded it
differently, but it was irrating.
Excellent article! Always like to see feel-good items about sports stars,
regardless of their affiliation. All the best to Dennis, Jr. and the Ravens.
I note that Dennis Pitta was one of those no "Stars" players that others
are always saying BYU's recruiting classes are always full of. May BYU be
cursed with a thousand more such "No stars".
PBSLittle minds will make negative comments on anything
@ SLCWatch,"May BYU be cursed with a thousand more such "No
stars".Andt to that I say, "Amen, and amen!" So do we
have any of that caliber now? Please say it is so!Go Cougars!
That was a great article. Hope he has a great game. I know if it was my son
playing i would be at the game. No question about that.
Great story. Hoping Dennis has a long and safe career.
49ers should of run Colin that last goal
A Super Bowl ring!! Way to go, Dennis.
Congrats to Dennis and the Ravens. Of all the players with ties to Utah, none
had a bigger impact on the Superbowl.
This should help BYU recruiting in the Fresno area, even though the utes decided
to forgo the rivalry game so they can play Fresno State.

"Excellence is an art won by training and habituation: we do not act rightly
because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have these because we have
acted rightly; 'these virtues are formed in man by his doing the
actions'; we are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but
a habit: 'the good of man is a working of the soul in the way of excellence

Pitta did score yesterday, but his game in the AFC title game was better. The
article mentioned the hit Pitta took from Mayo. I mean Pitta got rocked, HUNG
onto the ball, shook it off and scored the next play. Pitta is a tough dude man.
It was good to see my Utes have the second most players from one
school (Miami was first) in the Super Bowl yesterday. Anything to boost
recruiting and depth in the PAC 12 is much needed.
