It's time that "non lethal" terminology be removed from every tool
or weapon that police or public employ to hurt or harm with intent. There is no
such thing as non lethal and the police are the first in line to call a broom
handle or boat a weapon if it hurts or kills someone.A blank bullet
is considered non lethal but we all know blanks do kill people and we know low
voltage is lethal to mind and body in every circumstance. The electrical
industry codes goes to great lengths in a home to prevent even the most minute
of current in home wiring and specail circuit breakers are required to prevent
the micro amp volt or current to break a circuit. So the police
employ 100,000+ volts that induces complete body failure and they call it non
lethal. Inducing body failure by any means is lethal and these tasers are
anything but safe. Non police use of tasers recognizes the lethal potential and
it should also apply to police use of this toxic weapon.
Taser need to go, stop using them which they do kill people. I agreed above
"blank bullet" would be more appropriate which I believe it does hurt
but doesn't have to be directly to stomack or heart areas.
