I'm sorry, but your comment makes no sense. In what way is it unrealistic
to ask teenagers to not pair off until they are looking for marriage? And how
is that advice contrary to church teachings?
As I was reading this article, I felt that this was familiar information that I
already knew and believed, even though I wasn't aware that I knew. I would
file this under 'Good Advice' and 'Common Sense.' Then I
read 'antoDav2012's comment and I wondered how he came to his
conclusion. I think I feel the polar opposite of you, Dav, but then, we each
have our own opinions, don't we? Great article, JeaNette. I am going to
recommend this book!
I wish I had dated in my teen years.Because I did not, and because
of my own personality deficits, it took me many years to catch up to my
peers.I did not get married until my 30s once I finally understood
enough to get enough dates to find one to marry.I wish I had dated
earlier and learned those skills when I was young.
