    I don't understand the controversy of Obama having a lay person give a national prayer. Since when does it have to be a religious leader give a prayer? Can't all of Gods children pray? Prayer should not be restricted.

    Acts 10:34 clearly states the God is no respecter of persons, no partiality, no favorites. Myrlie Evers-Williams, or Indra Neelameggham's prayers will hold the same weight in God's eyes as prayers uttered by a priest, prophet, or a pope!
