    AWESOME!!!!

Great decision to stay! Hopefully the offense will begin hitting on more cylinders next year and with the improved schedule that will provide more TV exposure for Cody and improve his chances to go to the NFL.

Looking forward to seeing Cody one more season!

If you're ready you're ready. I would love BYU to do well. If Hoffman isn't quite ready according to NFL Scouts and his own analysis, then good decision. Van Noy needs to go to the NFL...he's more than ready.

Taysom Hill is doing a jig! Amazing talent ready to return for next year, I hope Apo gets more invovled too. It would be the best christmas ever if Van Noy announces he'll stay too.

CH made my day! This is great news and will be a big benefit to our new QB.

If KVN stays, it will be icing on the cake.

Great decision for the 2013 BYU Cougars Football Campaign. We're certainly looking forward to a fine performance from him. Thanks, Cody.

Now we need AD Holmoe to exercise some leadership prerogatives so there is a plan to get Hoffman and others the ball (like Apo if he can learn to run a route) with a revamped offensive scheme! Can Holmoe get Doman some extended time with Scovil, Holmgren or Reid during the offseason?

That would be awesome if he broke all the receiving records while at BYU. I didn't realize how close he is.

    @OC Fan

    Good ideas.

    @ OC Fan

If Holmoe can get Doman ANY time with Scovil then he is more that just the greatest AD ever.

    Scovil passed in 1989 (RIP).

The grass is not always greener on the other side. Van Noy and Ziggy both should stay with the Cougars next year.

"Oh, but they could get hurt, and lose out on so much money!!"

Well, they could get hurt as rookies in the NFL too. Your college days playing with your home boys only comes once in a lifetime - why pass it up?

    "Think of all the MONEY!!"

Big deal, the money will be there next year, and the year after. Stay with the Cougars boys, you won't regret it.

Scovil really has forgot more than Doman even knows. I know what you meant though.

BYU needs to hire some type of offensive leader. With Reynolds retiring that provides that opportunity.

That made my day. Of course he wants to come back and see what it is actually like to have someone throw the ball to you.

Good decision to stick around long enough to graduate.

I guess the idea of another WAC championship and a perfect 0-4 record against your rival Utah was just too much to pass up.

    To each his own.

Our 2013 seniors won't have ever lost to you after next season's game.

    LOL.

When was the last time your seniors never lost to Utah?

    LOL

Hi Chris. What's it like with all that free time you have? No bowl game and watching Cal State Northridge roll past Utah in hoops play has to be difficult. You need to vent and I can certainly understand why.

    Chris B,
I have never met a fan who is disliked so much by utah fans. Keep doing what you are doing buddy. Nothing like being disliked by your own.

Bless you Cody!! Van Noy should stay if for no other reason so I can watch the broadcasters and camera crews continue to get he and Hoffman mixed up on the side lines. It must have happened at least 10 times this past year, even with the local media. Heck, even if KVN did leave they'd still probably get them mixed up.

Agree about Chris B. Our season was a disaster, including our big rivalry game in Boulder where we almost found a way to lose to Colorado again.

Get in touch with reality, CB. If BYU doesn't matter to us, why is that the highlight of our season? Could it be that our season was so bereft of highlights it's the only one you can crow about?

Reality is we were seven points away from being beaten by the official doormat of the PAC 12. We were a lofty 9th place in our league after being picked to contend with SC for the division title.

Reality is we have nothing to crow about until we demonstrate we can produce at least a winning record in the PAC 12.

    To Chris B who likes to keep stats so much....National Championships - BYU = 1 - U of U = 0

There was no interest in Cody Hoffman by NFL scouts.

BYU fans think this guy is so much better than he is.
Remember Todd Watkins? He was supposed to be a pro bowler in the NFL, right?
