Re: "Attorneys for Martin MacNeill want his murder charge thrown out"No doubt. But there's an old song about that -- "You
don't always get what you want."This is the typical
gamesmanship we've unfortunately come to expect when people have enough
money to hire a platoon of defense lawyers, who see their job as focusing the
efforts of already-overworked prosecutors on anything and everything but the
evidence in the case.Sad.
He reminds me of a smooth talking men in suits that will scam a person of their
life savings. They are as Jesus said wolves in sheeps clothing. Coincidently
Utah county has more than their share of these smooth talking smooth looking
crooks as does Utah.
That's only because they get paid by the hour. For $5,000 I'll spend
the afternoon asking for ridiculous things too.
Of course they do. Some lawyers are going to have a lot to answer for come
Judgement Day (so will Congressmen, Senators, and Presidents).

This individual is pathetic. He would throw his own son under the bus to get off
free. And his son isn't there to defend himself. How rich.
Did the defense attorneys have a legal right for the information that they
didn't receive. If so, why didn't they receive it?
