Claiming government land for Utah is one thing, giving away Utah water to Nevada is entirely different. Governor Herbert is Utah's governor and he must stand up for Utah. This water grab is not in the best interests of our state or the environment in general. It is time to just say No. We must not become subservient to the Las Vegas developers and profiteers. They have zero interest in Utah's future.

I totally agree with Casual Observer. Our rural farmers and ranchers deserve to have their livelihoods and environments protected by those Utahns in charge of making important decisions such as this current one. We don't want the desert lands of Utah turned into dust bowls because of the burgeoning, water-devouring, "never enough - give us more" developments in Nevada.
