    I'm extremely happy to read that the U is planning to honor Majerus in several ways in the coming days and years (with the new Basketball facilities). It's just a bummer that we couldn't get him on the court in person to applaud all he did for the University of Utah and retire that sweater in front of him.
    I hope this years team can truly find some inspiration from Majerus' passing and those great teams of the past.

    Great Article, My parents remained in touch with Rick until the end and considered him a true friend. In looking at all those names with jerseys hanging in the rafters, can't help but wonder where is Tom Chambers jersey? His numbers at the UofU and in the NBA were very solid.

    desertrider, there is a select criteria to have a player's number retired, and yes Chambers was great, but apparently he didn't meet the criteria. Another of the like was Michael Doleac.
