    While this seems like a reasonable case to shoot someone, it's not. There have been non-lethal ways to stop cars electronically for decades now. It's not that hard to zap the car's computer with EMF.

    And considering that the police have had a couple cars stolen in the last few months they may want to install some remote shutdown device that I'm sure is available rather than continue to have people killed in getaway chases and shooting people.

    Being a peace officer shouldn't include shooting someone unless they are really a unpreventable threat. Think ahead a couple steps huh? Being great at something requires it.

    And when arival at police station you think they have some enclosed garage facility that would prevent that event to happen where there will be no escape.
