    I really haven't a clue what this article really means when it comes to figuring out how many jobs. I realize it is GOOD, but don't know what 2.6 means. Help! Please, reporters, do the work and explain. You have the space.

    This paragraph makes no sense, in the context of the article:

    Rankings came from 100 metro areas' jobs gains and losses. The percent was then calculated. Provo-Orem had 2.8 percent — the fourth-fewest total jobs of the 100 metros, which is estimated to be about 211,639.

    Would that be fourth HIGHEST? And what is it a percentage of, exactly? And just what does the number 211,639 refer to, exactly?
