Nice spin Dirk!Utah's defense shows up for one quarter a game
and we're supposed to be impressed that Utah's coaches are making good
halftime adjustments?Whatever happened to creating a game plan to
stop the opponent in the first half?
According to whittingham,“I think it’s a product of
sticking with what you believe in, not panicking, not making wholesale changes
and believing in what you’re doing,” he said. “The players
believe, the coaches believe, everybody’s bought in. Like I’ve said,
just staying the course is the best way to put it and not being too
disruptive.”Nice spin coach but I think it is more
attributable to just playing a really bad team.
ha ha ha Dirk, are you really going to the good coaching card? What really has
been happening is that the other teams is already so far ahead that they let off
the gas petal. All these teams could smoke the utes in the second half if they
wanted to pull onside kicks up 42-0, but they have more class than that.
Duck, that's a different story from, "Well they are certainly talented
enough to win the game tonight." (Last Saturday talking about Cal)Classless-Max, in what game, outside of ASU, have the Utes not been in to
start the 3rd quarter? Utah State was outscored 10-0 in a 10 point game at
halftime, BYU was outscored 17-0 with the score tied, USC was held scoreless
with a 3 point lead, Oregon State was held scoreless up by 7. So if "all
these teams could smoke the utes in the second half," why aren't they?
But again, don't let logic get in the way of your argument.
@ Max-was-right "All these teams could smoke the utes in the second
half if they wanted to..."Yep, everyone except Northern Colorado
and your team
