conference went 3 and 1. who beat the 1? I thought that was impossible. good luck brian. I never thought you were that great as a quarterback, but that is not necessarily important to be a good coach.

    ute alumni,

Brian Johnson didn't have the physical skills that most BCS quarterbacks have, but he got tremendous productivity out of what he had.

He didn't go 26-7 in his career on his own, but he was a huge part of it.

They don't raffle off Sugar Bowl MVP Trophies - the winner has to earn it. In case you didn't watch that game, Johnson was terrific.

I can't wait to see how Johnson's offense and playcalling work out this year. It may be a steep learning curve, but in the long run, I have little concern that Brian Johnson will be a good OC.

Why didn't USA Today profile Brandon Doman? I guess the writers fell asleep when the BYU game kicked off at 10:00 ET.

Brian Johnson will be a great OC for Utah. I'm very impressed with his play calling and his leadership on this team. I can't wait to see how he handles conference games. Good job Brian and good luck this week against Utah State.
