Fortunately for everybody involved, it seemed that nobody was hurt badly.
Unfortunately for the reader, it seemed that the photographer didn't
coordinate with the writer who's article emphasized the unusual
circumstances, geography leading up to the car landing where it did. There were
no photographs to help the reader understand visually what the writer and those
quoted were talking about. It would have been nice to have at least one or two
photographs of the road, the turn, and the terrain that the car had to maneuver
Hopefully the young girl learns a good lesson from this, both in distracted
driving and about being honest. People make mistakes. What happens next is
what is important.

that this is the second identical accident at the identical location. Years ago,
my little brother pulled the same trick with our family van at that exact
