Since Medicaid and Medicare and the SSA are the rightful financial trust
property of the working Americans depositing personal income funds to the trust.
The states and Congress has no right to Opt in or Opt out of any of these
personal assets that belong to the American people. States do not have a right
to these trust funds to add to and distribute through their state financial
budgets.Any state receiving Medicaid, Medicare, or SSA funds should
be cut off immediately and restore any funds remaining in a state budget back to
the SSA, the only authorized agency to distribute these insurance funds to
entitled depositors as SSA offices as the law declares.Medicaid is
not the property of states or local government or IHC's of Utah and the
illegal foreign nationals thinking they are entitled to our trust funds.Leave my trust money alone, I do not authorize the State of Utah to
receive or spend it.
opt in like Romney care!
It's time to put up or shut up. Unless our one party legislature can come
up with a more efficient less costly way to provide adequate insurance to the
uninsured, it's time to opt in.
AmPatriot, actually medicaid is not part of a trust fund. You do not have
a line item deduction on your paycheck for medicaid like you do SS and FICA
(medicare).Since the people did not pay directly into medicaid trust
funds, OF COURSE the states have the right to opt out!Proponents of
Obamacare keep saying, "wait until more comes into effect, then the
negatives will turn around" No, as we learn more and more about Obamacare,
we see more and more of its dreadful flaws exposed.
