Ok, and what seems to be causing this lack of sleep in many "healthy"
americans? Possibly STRESS, which I think is a more likely cause of these
strokes, and other related health issues facing us today.
Just watched the movie Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead - you should watch it to.
Nothing new is really taught but it is a good reminder that we are in charge of
our health. We can change our path and eliminate medications and other things
like sleeping devices!I can appreciate the medical companies making
devices to help our symptoms of poor health but truly we must all do better in
managing our own health. I have a friend who's company makes devices for
those with diabetes and of course we know all of the medications out there so it
truly isn't in these companies best interest for us to be more healthy. Come on folks! Eat your fruit and veggies and exercise!
