    This is not enough. He is only the tip of the iceberg. Many more people need to go, including some from the White House.

    Will we ever get the truth of:

    * weapons to Mexican cartels Egypt, Syria, Boko Harem, etc
    * Benghazi
    * IRS targeting
    * VA secret waiting lists
    * Solyndra
    * etc

    How many resignations have come from this administration?

    Hey lost -

    ". . . now if only his boss would resign, we could get to work rebuilding our nation"

    Republicans, especially those Koch Brothers' employees in the US Congress, have demonstrated again and again that they have NOTHING good to offer this nation.

    @GaryO

    The Koch brother are libertarian.

    And I would much rather have "Koch bros. employees" than George Soros employees or employees funded by leftist billionaires and millionairies who spend far more money than the PUNY amount spent by the libertarian Koch brothers.

    As the son of a disabled veteran Army officer, myself a disabled veteran Air Force officer and the father of a disabled Army medic wounded in Iraq, I can firmly state my belief that the VA has been fouled up beyond all recognition for decades. I also can tell you that no Republican nationally elected official nor any nationally elected Democrat have ever been filmed or otherwise recorded requesting an increase of any dramatic extent for the VA system. None of them. Ever. On a somewhat related topic: I have a question for the LDS world out in Utah. Does anyone know of any vets with a service dog who have been admitted to meeting with their trained service dog? I asked our local leadership if I might use mine and was told no. It is unbelievable that this is the policy of the Church. Thanks.

    If Obama was smart he would call mitt Romney and ask him to run the VA and to help fix it and make it grand. Romney is a proven fixer and would do a great job and Obama would get the credit for accomplishing something finally. A win/win situation.

    How many more disasters do we have to go through before we will admit to ourselves the government is incapable of running our healthcare? How many more will have to suffer? How many more will have to die before we will accept the truth? Privatize it, period!

    GaryO,

    Dems, especially those George Soros employees in the US Congress, WH, and SCOTUS, have demonstrated again and again that they have NOTHING good to offer this nation. For example - Obamacare, Dudd-Frank, the porkulus.

    This has been broken for decades. Obama did not break it. Lil' Bush did not break it. Clinton did not break it. Old Bush did not break it. It has been chronically underfunded and left to operate like a 50s style hospital for decades. If you want to blame someone, blame every nationally elected official since WW2. And it is not going to get fixed in a week or a month. It is fouled up beyond all recognition and must be redesigned from the foundation up. And that cannot be accomplished in a short time frame. All of the commentary blaming Obama is mere partisanship and not valid.

    Yet another scandal that Dear Leader knew nothing about. And yet Obama had the nerve to castigate the BP Oil Executive for the same excuse.

    As was predicted, the media has dutifully neglected to report that the outgoing Bush Administration warned Obama's transition team of the problems in the VA back in 2008, yet Obama claims he knew nothing of this until hearing about it in the news (the way he's heard about every other scandal in his administration). But, for a man who loathes the military as Obama does, does this really surprise anyone? Of course it doesn't. Remember, Obama is the same Leftist who proposed that military veterans pay for their treatment of service-related injuries with private insurance. Interestingly, he has never stated such notions for illegals, or others who exist on the government dole.

    This VA scandal has shed some much needed light on the problems of government run, single-payer healthcare that our friends on the Left are longing for. The nightmares at the VA with waiting times for life

    Good!

    Now let's get to firing those in the House who refuse to fund the VA. Chaffetz and Bishop, I'm looking right at you!

    The last paragraph in my last post was incomplete. Here is the complete paragraph:

    ==========

    This VA scandal has shed some much needed light on the problems of government run, single-payer healthcare that our friends on the Left are longing for. The nightmares at the VA with ridiculously long waiting times for life saving surgical procedures, appointments, and other healthcare essentials, are a microcosm of what Obamacare and single-payer healthcare will be in our future. The VA Scandal is Obamacare in a nutshell. This is truly scary stuff!

    Maverick said, "Now let's get to firing those in the House who refuse to fund the VA. Chaffetz and Bishop, I'm looking right at you!" Bald faced lie! Since 9/11, the VA budget has increased by 235%. The problem isn't money, its inept LEADERSHIP and everyone with a brain knows it!
