    While I applaud the fact finding effort, does this mean they will change policy according to the result? Isn't that tantamount to following man and not God?

    The LDS Church has an entire department dedicated to researching and polling to discover information about the members of the Church, their demographics, attitudes, etc. and the Church has a Public Relations department that does very similar things. Does that mean they follow the opinions of "man" and not god?
