    leave it to the twisted minds at the ACLU to argue that equal treatment somehow discriminates.

    Our constitution is color-blinded. Even though affirmative action has made positive impact in terms of promoting racial diversity, it also causes reverse-discrimination to hard-working White and Asian American students. It is time to gradually phase it out, and this Michigan case is a good start.
