    Weber State came to play on D. At least the first quarter will be interesting.

    Utah should roll this one.

    After sweeping through usu, weber, and byu, it will be even more clear why we are moving away from playing Utah teams.

    We are better than them and its better for recruiting and exposure to play someone from Texas, California, or elsewhere who provides a formidable challenge.

    The state of football in Utah is Utah first, and then the rest are a step below

    Go utes!

    The rout is on.

    My guess:

    Utah 47
    Weber 10

    Go utes!

    4-0 and ranked in just two weeks!

    8-4 or 9-3 this season

    this is just the beginning of our undefeated season and it will culminate in a BCS bowl and the National Championship trophy!!!

    Go Utes!!

    @Chris

    Utah is better than Weber State and SUU.
    Utah is a tad bit better than USU.
    The BYU game hasn't been played yet.

    What about last year, Chris B, who was a couple steps below and sitting home watching ALL the bowl games? Remind us who it was, please......

    Glad you can handle Weber State, too. Let's hear it for SOS from the Ute partisans---remember to include the part about playing cupcakes in your analysis, since that is a major part of your argument against everyone else.

    Utah must like three play drives.

    Utes by 70?

    How many rushers will be over 100? My guess is 3.

    I think weber, suu, usu, and byu will continue to develop great rivalries in the years to come.

    They will fight for the recruiting leftovers and for the chance to say they are the second best program in the state of Utah.

    There is PAC 12 ute football.

    And then there is the nobodies.

    Go utes!

    Ya that Utah win vs USU was such a cake walk. Should never schedule them again. It was such an easy win for the utes.

    @toosmartforyounp

    Let Chris have his day before reality sets in. The Utes won't have it this easy till they play SUU and Idaho State. They might not even win a football game again til next year.

    49 points in 10:06 TOP....Not too shabby, even w/1 TD coming off of a phenomenal STs' play....Go Utes!

    Btw, 14-0, Oregon, merely midway through the 1st Quarter....usu already up, 14-3, early in the 1st Quarter.

    Good luck to Utah State!

    Go UTES!

    We will run through this season like a hot knife through butter.

    National Championship here we come!

    Go Utes!

    Utes up 63 to 7, and they go for it on 4th down. Now that's class.

    Tough to root for a team like Utah with a coach who is classless. I guess running up the score on a small school like Weber will lessen the sting when Utah gets pounded by Pac 12 teams. Go ahead and beat your chest Coach Wit...the Pac 12 awaits.

    weber state,

    We're not going to tackle ourselves. Don't be ridiculous.

    It would have been 120 points if we were trying to run up the score.

    Good game!

    The best thing about whittingham is that he went to byu. Second best thing is that he doesn't coach at byu. Rather have him coaching in the PAC 10.2 than representing the y.

    @BigSkies and Weber State Graduate
    I hope neither of you really think Coach Whitt was trying to run up the score by going for it on 4th down. He did it on the series before with a run on 4th and long and didn't convert. If he was running up the score he would have kicked the field goal or passed it. He was just trying to run out the clock and end the game. Utah happened to break a big run on the next play and got in the end zone. Good luck on the rest of the year
    Go Utes!!!

    @Weber fans...

    What would you rather them do? Kick a field goal?

    No, it's up to your DEFENSE to stop our 2nd team.

    A lot of class from BYU fans here. Meanwhile the BYU-Texas story has seen many Ute fans posting sincere congratulations....
