    Combine the growing baby boomers with the lessening birth rate and we're in trouble in the long term folks.

    I suggest that we annex Detroit and all the other union run cities to Cyprus.

    Too much liberalism, too little conservatism in Detroit. Next city, state, nation to fail? Hint, it will be run by liberals!

    @ One vote. Not cheering for other's problems, just lamenting the causes that few ever learn from.

    many governments struggling? Yes like Michigan and California. Others are prospering like Texas and Utah. The difference? The former are run by Democrats and the latter by the GOP. Once again..liberalism shows its ugly face.
