well what we do know is that health insurance premiums have all gone up since
Obamacare began implementation. Barack claimed everyone would see a $2500 drop
in premiums.... so much for having any degree of confidence that ANY of
Barack's other promises would actually come to pass. A good rule of thumb
seems to be ...what ever Barack says just think the opposite. Of course
Barack's support base are all too ignorant and uninformed to know the
difference. I suspect that health care costs are also going to rise due to the
mount Everest pile of bureaucracy that is being added to just going to the
doctor. Again - the main Obama base of voters don't work anyway and get
their monthly paycheck from either welfare or fraudulent disability so what do
they care if costs go up...Barack pays for them out of your pocket!! Get used
to it people - this is the NEW America...for as long as it lasts at least.
Health insurance premiums should be zero, because insurance companies should
have nothing to do with it. This is where the President's law fails,
although it's miles ahead of the nothing that republicans have for ideas.
Insurance companies motives are not the same as those of a human being in need
of health care. Indeed, the profit motive isn't even moral in context of
health care. We need a single payer system that lets us look after one
anothers' health care needs, and cuts out insurance companies, employers,
and a huge bureaucracy that needs to be in place to make it even try to work
now. Yea, I know it's not a panacea, and I certainly know it's not
free. It just provides better outcomes for less money.
Hutterite. Just remember this- the government does nothing better than the
private sector. Absolutely nothing!
The private sector does have government beat on recklessly causing catastrophic
high school fan said: "Hutterite. Just remember this- the government does

environmental disasters, blackwater? etc... because self regulation by profit
has and will never work. Pretty sure that domination by corporate
monopolies wasn't one of the founders dreams.Patriot can you
give a reference for you $2500 quote? It may seem strange to you now, but
premiums have gone up continually sometimes by leaps and bounds years before
Obama was even elected, which is why we need something different than the Free
(to abuse) Markert System for Health care.
re:Happy Valley Hereticcheck out this utube straight from
Barack's own mouth. Search in Google for the following...."Flashback: Obama pledged to reduce health insurance premiums by $2,500
per family per year"Again - his false claim that premiumus would
go down by $2500 a year is equally as fraudulent as his claim that Obamacare
would only cost $800 billion (the actual cost projections at this point are
nearly 2 trillion). Everything the man claimed is false concerning Obamacare.
Add to this mess the fact that now Barack wants to delay the employer mandate of
Obamacare until AFTER the 2014 election tells you volumes about how this train
wreck of a bill plays politically with the voting public. Actually this all
makes sense if you understand that Barack is not a practical leader - just a
demagogue with no practical experience managing or governing ANYTHING prior to
his dreadful election to office.
Rather than just look at the cherry picked data, lets see what the business
insiders have to say about the cost of insurance under Obamacare:"Obama's health care law to raise claims cost 32 percent" - AP"Schumer Admits Health Insurance Premiums Have Increased
"Because Of Obamacare" " - Real Clear Politics."Health Actuaries: Obamacare Rates Will Soar" - Everyday Health"Health Insurers Warn on Premiums" WSJ"Surprise:
New insurance fee in health overhaul law" - AP reports that all insurance
policies will have a $63 fee just to handle the pre-existing condition
mandate."An Analysis of Health Insurance Premiums Under the
Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act" - CBO Here the CBO shows that
under Obamacare premium rates will rise for new policies, and for many old ones
too. What I want to know is what cherry piced data says it will drop.
Everything published since Obamacare was passed indictes that rates are going
up. That includes the government's own estimates.
